These rules apply to customers using the online quote, technical consultation, and manufacturing inquiry services (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service’) provided by Korea Ultrasonic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’).

① All users can use the quote and manufacturing inquiry services on this site without a separate membership registration process.

② Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

1. Stealing other people's information or providing false information when making an inquiry.

2. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party, or damaging their reputation.

3. Distributing advertising spam, obscenity, or malicious code through the bulletin board or inquiry functions.

4. Acts that threaten national security or are deemed to be linked to a crime.
- Article 4 (Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection)

The Company collects minimum personal information for smooth consultation and manufacturing progress.

1. Items Collected : Name (Contact Person), Company Name, Contact Information, E-mail, Inquiry/Consultation Content, Attachments (drawings, etc.)

2. Method of Collection : Online inquiry and quote request board on the website.
- Article 5 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

In principle, the Company destroys the collected information without delay after the purpose of collection is achieved. However, the information is stored as follows for consultation history management and providing after-sales service (AS).

① General Product Inquiries and Technical Consultations : 3 years from the date of completion of consultation and response (for the purpose of handling consumer complaints and disputes).

② Upon Proceeding with Product Manufacturing : Retained until the user requests deletion to manage the manufacturing history of the equipment and provide continuous after-sales service (AS).

③ If a user requests deletion, the information will be destroyed without delay to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.
- Article 6 (Posts and Copyright)

① All rights to the copyright and legal responsibility for the inquiry details and attached materials (drawings, etc.) submitted by the user belong to the poster.

② The Company has the authority to review and utilize the materials within the scope of consultation and manufacturing purposes.
- Article 7 (Protection and Management of Personal Information)

The Company does not disclose or distribute the user's personal information to others or use it for commercial purposes without the user's consent.
However, an exception is made if there is a legitimate request from a state agency based on relevant laws and regulations.
- Article 8 (Operation of Cookies)
